C A N C E L A T I O N P O L I C Y
Your appointment is very important to me and I reserve time specifically for your customized service. All clients are required to place a credit card on file to secure their appointments and by doing so authorize Britanny Suzanne and Desert Strands to charge the stored card for all deposits and/or fee's pertaining to stylist and salon policies. fOR COLOR SERVICES, PLEASE PROVIDE AT LEAST 3 DAYS NOTICE PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT DATE (APP DATE NOT INCLUDED IN TIMEFRAME) FOR CHANGES OR CANCELATIONS. ANY ALTERATION OR CANCELATIONS MADE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF THE APPOINTMENT WILL BE CHARGED $100 TO COVER LOST OVERHEAD. Because of the lengthy nature of extension applications, I respectfully request that should you need to make any alterations or cancelations to any MOVE UP OR APPLICATION Appointments that you do so at least 10 days prior to your appointment date. Any alterations / cancelations made within a 10 day period leading up to the appointment are subject to cover 50% of the scheduled service to cover lost overhead. Any cancellations made day of or no show appointments will automatically be charged the FULL price of the scheduled service AND/or may required CLIENT to place a new deposit. By scheduling an appointment with Britanny Suzanne, client acknowledges and authorizes all charge and cancelation timeframes outlined in this policy.
