Extension Cancelation Policy *IMPORTANT* PLEASE READ

Your appointment is very important to me and I reserve time specifically for your customized service. All clients are required to place a credit card on file to secure their appointments and by doing so authorize Britanny Suzanne and Desert Strands to charge the stored card for all deposits and/or fee's pertaining to stylist and salon policies. Because of the lengthy nature of extension applications, I respectfully request that should you need to make any alterations or cancelations to any appointments that you do so at least 10 days prior to your appointment date. Any alterations / cancelations made within a 10 day period leading up to the appointment are subject to cover 50% of the scheduled service to cover lost overhead. Any cancellations made day of or no show appointments will automatically be charged the FULL price of the scheduled service or may be required to place a new deposit. By scheduling an appointment with Britanny Suzanne, client acknowledges and authorizes all charge and cancelation timeframes outlined in this policy.
Consultation Fees and Extension Deposits

New extension consultations are $50 and take 15-20 minutes. At your consultation we will discuss your goals and current home care, color match, measure the length of your hair, determine the length necessary to reach your goals, then thoroughly discuss your application options, home maintenance as well as provide you with a customized quote for your transformation. Consultation fee is waived if a deposit is placed same day. By checking this box and placing a deposit, client understands and agrees that all deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. In the case of a postponed application within policy timeframes due to client's choosing, extensions will be held for 6 months before client forfeits deposit and purchased hair, and a new deposit may be required for future services.
